Born and raised in Missoula, Montana, I’ve spent the last 20 years helping clients navigate the local real estate market with confidence and success. As a lifelong Montanan, I bring a deep understanding of Missoula and the surrounding areas — from residential properties and commercial ventures to investment opportunities.
Growing up here, I was raised hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, skiing, and embracing every outdoor adventure Montana has to offer. That connection to this land and lifestyle helps me understand what my clients are really looking for when they’re searching for their Montana home.
I also bring valuable construction experience to the table, having been involved in building and remodeling several homes over the years. While I always recommend proper inspections and professional evaluations, that background helps me ask the right questions and better serve clients considering fixer-uppers, custom builds, or properties with unique challenges. Along the way I’ve built a strong network of trusted professionals — from plumbers and electricians to structural engineers and environmental specialists.
My approach is simple: I’m personable and approachable every step of the way, but when it’s time to negotiate, I’m a fierce advocate for my clients.
I’ve had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for the Missoula Organization of REALTORS® and chairing the Government Affairs Committee for many years, giving me unique insight into the policies and trends shaping our local market. My designations include GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and e-PRO.
